Ocab ekspanderer til Finland

Ocab acquires VV-Kuivaus Group Oy, a leading player in Finland with six offices in Seinäjoki, Vaasa, Tampere, Jyväskylä, Lahti and Kokkola. The company has over 120 employees and an annual turnover of approximately EUR 15 million. This acquisition marks a significant milestone for Ocab, strengthening the position as an industry leader in the Nordics, providing mission-critical Property Damage Restoration (PDR) services. With this acquisition, Ocab now supports customers across Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Finland.

Founded in 2013, VV-Kuivaus Group Oy has grown into a leading player in western and central Finland, specializing in property damage restoration, primarily water and fire damages. The company has experienced steady growth year by year, and today has an annual turnover of approximately EUR 15 million and a workforce of over 120 dedicated employees in six cities.

With his extensive experience and expertise Janne Haapamäki will continue to lead VV-Kuivaus Group, which will retain its brand name in Finland. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval and is expected to be finalized in September 2024.
